Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in the community.  As a member of NIBCA & PBW, she is committed to understand the social and economic impacts facing the building industry. In addition to advocating for North Idaho, Jessica donates her time as a Love Box Leader with Spokane Angels, supporting foster children and families in the area. Jessica is a dedicated mother and devoted lover of dogs. When she’s not walking her dog, Huckleberry, Jessica can be found in her garden or in the kitchen trying new recipes.
 

Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho,  and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years.  He comes from a deep construction family background.  He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels.  From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes. 

Marissa Davenport has been employed with Monogram Homes for 10 years. She manages the office and is the Director of client experience ensuring to meet their expectations. Married for 27 years with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. She is proud and active in her Christian community and enjoys leading her life group. When not working you will find her busy with her 5 grandkids or at the gym. 
Fun fact – she shares her birthday with her Husband.

Heidi La Bolle, Interior Designer and Project Coordinator, provides guidance for every color, selection and finish for each home. Heidi has a Bachelor’s of Interior Design and has extensive knowledge in color theory. Her passion for design, combined with over a decade of experience in the industry will make bringing your vision to life a reality. Since a young age she’s enjoyed expressing herself creatively through art and music. It is her belief that each client is unique and that self expression is an important aspect of our build process. Nothing is more personal than your home and you can trust Heidi to do a great job making it your own! Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her spouse and young daughter doing outdoor activities and camping!

I’m Jaclyn Scotch and I’ve had the honor of serving my community in the Pacific Northwest in many ways. I began my career in the finance industry in 2011, working in retail banking where I specialized in personal banking relationships and small businesses. In 2018, I transitioned into the home loan sector. I’m incredibly passionate about this industry and helping people throughout their homeownership journeys.

In my fifth year at Northland Nursery, I handle all non-plant-related tasks. With over twenty years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Fundraising, and Business Development, I enjoy supporting local schools, charities, and business partners.
