Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in the community.  As a member of NIBCA & PBW, she is committed to understand the social and economic impacts facing the building industry. In addition to advocating for North Idaho, Jessica donates her time as a Love Box Leader with Spokane Angels, supporting foster children and families in the area. Jessica is a dedicated mother and devoted lover of dogs. When she’s not walking her dog, Huckleberry, Jessica can be found in her garden or in the kitchen trying new recipes.

Hi Everyone! I am the founder of Fox Contracting Services. It's a pleasure to serve the PNW and bring knowledge to homeowners and contractors alike. I have worked in the construction field for a few years. I have a background as a Field Project Manager, Payroll Manager & Assistant. I am skilled in finding information, and ensuring the proper contractors are on the job, licensed, and insured. I have been a licensed Realtor in both ID and WA since 2009.  I own my own property management company, Magnolia Keys Premiere Properties, which is a more boutique approach that includes a portfolio of both mid/short term and long term rentals.  In all I do in real estate my motto has always been Quality over Quantity.
