Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho,  and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years.  He comes from a deep construction family background.  He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels.  From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes. 

Cel Demers is the PNW Territory Rep for Mir Collections. Cel has been an active member of the NIBCA since 2014. She has served in many capacities including, Parade of Homes Chair, PR Chair, Associate Vice President, and is currently your NIBCA 2024 1st Vice President. Cel also started our local YP committee in 2019. She has worked in the building industry since 2010. Cel strives to promote the building industry on a local, state, and national level. Her passion for the building industry is felt when working with her clients and staff. During the summer you will find Cel and her husband Josh on one of the many North Idaho lakes and during the winter you will find her on the mountains enjoying a nice day of skiing.

Heidi La Bolle, Interior Designer and Project Coordinator, provides guidance for every color, selection and finish for each home. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her spouse and young daughter doing outdoor activities and camping!

As the owner of Restorage Closet Works, Merritt Timm enjoys helping his clients transform cluttered closets into beautiful, functional spaces that they can be proud of. Working with his hands in the North Idaho residential building trades the majority of his career, partnering with the NIBCA has been a natural fit. Merritt is chairperson for the 2024 Home and Garden Show Committee.
 

I have lived here most of my life and have been lucky enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. I love hiking, gardening, fishing camping, concerts, and exploring the outdoors with my husband and two dogs.

I joined the Real Estate industry after spending 11 years in Hospitality Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. I love problem solving and being a resource for my clients. I remain a student to my craft and have earned my Pricing Strategy Advisor and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist certification. Because I love where I live, it a passion and a pleasure to help others create a life here as well. 

Jake Yates has been in the finance industry since 2006, helping people achieve their financial goals as a mortgage broker and consultant. Jake loves everything outdoors and in his spare time you can find him golfing, hiking, camping and backpacking with his smokin' hot wife and 3 kids. Jake has been a part of NIBCA for many years and was a board member for over 5 years helping promote and protect the building industry. 

I have been in the flooring industry in Kootenai county since 2005. I am working out of our Liberty Lake showroom, serving North Idaho. My passion is working in relationship with my builders and clients to create the home they have always wanted with the budget that works for them. Ashley owns and operates multiple businesses with her main hustle being her company dedicated to consulting entrepreneurs into financial prosperity. When she isn’t creating and operating multiple businesses she is volunteering with numerous non-profits in the CDA community or sitting in a school pick up line. Happily married to a hunk with a beard and three wild children at home (yes three children is the craziest number). She proudly serves as the President this year for PWB and spends her summer camping, backpacking, and attempting to hit a tiny ball into a hole 200+ yards away.
