NORTH IDAHO BUILDING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION NIBCA Life Directors
To become an NIBCA Life Director you need to serve on the Board of Directors for at least 10 years. Once you are a Life Director you have to attend the two prior Board Meetings in order to have voting power and have attended at least 7 out of the past 12 meeting.

Cel DemersVoting MemberMIR Mosaic, INC, Sales Rep Cel Demers is the Retail Sales Director for Floor and Home and Spokane Floor Trader. Cel has been an active member of the NIBCA since 2014. She has served in many capacities including, Parade of Homes Chair, PR Chair, Associate Vice President, and is currently your NIBCA 2023 2nd VP. Cel also started our local YP committee in 2019. She has worked in the building industry since 2010. Cel strives to promote the building industry on a local, state, and national level. Her passion for the building industry is felt when working with her clients and staff. During the summer you will find Cel and her husband Josh on one of the many North Idaho lakes and during the winter you will find her on the mountains enjoying a nice day of skiing.
