Aaron and Diane (Di) Heinen own and manage iTrip Coeur d’Alene in beautiful Idaho. The couple has lived in northern Idaho for over 30 years and currently resides in Hayden. After marrying 30-plus years ago, they lived in Kendrick, Idaho, where they ran two successful retail grocery stores. Customer service within the stores was their No. 1 priority.

Aaron and Di are committed to making sure that guests' stays leave travelers saying, “I want to return to Idaho soon!” As short-term rental managers in Coeur d’Alene, they hope to make each travel experience just as great.
