Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho,  and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years.  He comes from a deep construction family background.  He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels.  From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes. 

Cel Demers is the PNW Territory Rep for Mir Collections. Cel has been an active member of the NIBCA since 2014. She has served in many capacities including, Parade of Homes Chair, PR Chair, Associate Vice President, and is currently your NIBCA 2024 1st Vice President. Cel also started our local YP committee in 2019. She has worked in the building industry since 2010. Cel strives to promote the building industry on a local, state, and national level. Her passion for the building industry is felt when working with her clients and staff. During the summer you will find Cel and her husband Josh on one of the many North Idaho lakes and during the winter you will find her on the mountains enjoying a nice day of skiing.

Alex is the team leader for Title One in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  He has been in the real estate and title industry for seven years and is the 2022-2023 Secretary/Treasurer for NIBCA.  He's been a member of the Associates Committee for four years and is also a member of Impact Coeur d'Alene.  He is a graduate of University of Idaho, earning a B.S. in Wildlife Resources.  Alex is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing and running.  Alex Received the Kootenai County Young Professionals Top 30 under 40 award in 2022 and is a dedicated supporter of a healthy building industry and the North Idaho community.  

Amie Pace is a mortgage advisor with over 15 years of experience and has the knowledge and skills to help clients pre-approve for a mortgage loan so they can move forward with their home-buying journey with confidence.
Amie is a passionate advocate for affordable housing and responsible, sustainable growth.  She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and PAHA and is an active member of the NAHB, IHBA and NIBCA. She served as 2022 President of the PWB and served as Secretary in 2021. In 2022 Amie was honored as the Professional Women of the Year award and NIBCA Associate of the Year. Amie serves as the 2023-2024 Associate VP for NIBCA.

Brady and his wife Kelly started Leighton Hudson Homes in 2019 naming their business after their two sons. Prior to collaborating with home buyers, Brady specialized in home interior finishes for five years. The experience in these final finishes has helped guide the way Brady works with new home buyers to ensure they know the benefits and drawbacks of certain design requests. 
“My wife and I have always loved doing design projects on our personal homes as well, so we decided we wanted to share our ideas through new construction.”
Brady joined NIBCA in 2022 and serves on the board of directors as the builder director.

Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in the community.  As a member of NIBCA & PBW, she is committed to understand the social and economic impacts facing the building industry. In addition to advocating for North Idaho, Jessica donates her time as a Love Box Leader with Spokane Angels, supporting foster children and families in the area. Jessica is a dedicated mother and devoted lover of dogs. When she’s not walking her dog, Huckleberry, Jessica can be found in her garden or in the kitchen trying new recipes.
