Scott Krajack Scott Krajack is the Land Development Director for RYN Built Homes. RYN is a residential developer and builder with projects in North Idaho, Eastern Washington, the Tri-cities area of Central Washington, and Missoula Montana. Scott has degrees in urban & regional planning from Arizona State University and the University of Pennsylvania. When he isn’t working, he spends time with his wife and two college age daughters and can often be found swimming in Lake Coeur d’Alene or at a local pub watching football. Cel DemersMIR Mosaic, INC, Sales Rep Cel Demers is the PNW Territory Rep for Mir Collections. Cel has been an active member of the NIBCA since 2014. She has served in many capacities including, Parade of Homes Chair, PR Chair, Associate Vice President, and is currently your NIBCA 2024 1st Vice President. Cel also started our local YP committee in 2019. She has worked in the building industry since 2010. Cel strives to promote the building industry on a local, state, and national level. Her passion for the building industry is felt when working with her clients and staff. During the summer you will find Cel and her husband Josh on one of the many North Idaho lakes and during the winter you will find her on the mountains enjoying a nice day of skiing. Levi SnyderMonogram Homes, General Manager Levi Snyder has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and has been a valuable member of the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA) for almost a decade. His background as an assistant to his contractor grandfather, as well as his bachelor's degree from Regent University, have helped him to succeed in his role as the Vice President of the NIBCA and the General Manager of Monogram Homes. He has been able to combine his professional experience with his educational background to achieve these leadership positions. It's clear that Levi is dedicated to the building industry and is committed to helping the NIBCA grow and thrive. Dale CargileNorth Ridge Contracting, President Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho, and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years. He comes from a deep construction family background. He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels. From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes. Jessica Cargile Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
