NORTH IDAHO BUILDING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION Public Relations Committee
The mission of the Public Relations (PR) committee is to
promote the NIBCA and to build value for members in an
effort to gain and retain membership. This important
committee works to inform the membership and the general
public of political and community achievements made by
NIBCA members in areas of social, community, charitable,
and in governmental and political arenas.

Cel DemersMIR Mosaic, INC, Sales Rep Cel Demers is the Retail Sales Director for Floor and Home and Spokane Floor Trader. Cel has been an active member of the NIBCA since 2014. She has served in many capacities including, Parade of Homes Chair, PR Chair, Associate Vice President, and is currently your NIBCA 2023 2nd VP. Cel also started our local YP committee in 2019. She has worked in the building industry since 2010. Cel strives to promote the building industry on a local, state, and national level. Her passion for the building industry is felt when working with her clients and staff. During the summer you will find Cel and her husband Josh on one of the many North Idaho lakes and during the winter you will find her on the mountains enjoying a nice day of skiing. Dale CargileChairNorth Ridge Contracting, President Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho, and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years. He comes from a deep construction family background. He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels. From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes. Levi SnyderMonogram Homes, General Manager Levi Snyder has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and has been a valuable member of the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA) for almost a decade. His background as an assistant to his contractor grandfather, as well as his bachelor's degree from Regent University, have helped him to succeed in his role as the Vice President of the NIBCA and the General Manager of Monogram Homes. He has been able to combine his professional experience with his educational background to achieve these leadership positions.
