Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho,  and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years.  He comes from a deep construction family background.  He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels.  From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes. 

Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in the community.  As a member of NIBCA & PBW, she is committed to understand the social and economic impacts facing the building industry. In addition to advocating for North Idaho, Jessica donates her time as a Love Box Leader with Spokane Angels, supporting foster children and families in the area. Jessica is a dedicated mother and devoted lover of dogs. When she’s not walking her dog, Huckleberry, Jessica can be found in her garden or in the kitchen trying new recipes.
 

As a native Idahoan, I have a wealth of knowledge about this beautiful area we are so fortunate to call home. It has been a pleasure to see all the changes and growth our area has experienced over the years.
After graduation I served in the US Navy as a construction electrician (CE) in which I mastered the abilities to construct, operate and service electrical equipment and systems required for combat, disaster preparation and recovery operations.
After my military career was complete, I entered the business of oil refinery work as a journeyman pipefitter. After 16 years I changed my career path and entered the real estate industry. Recognizing that buying a home is possibly one of the most important life decisions one will make, my approach to this business is always one of strict professionalism and loyalty.
 

I have lived here most of my life and have been lucky enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. I love hiking, gardening, fishing camping, concerts, and exploring the outdoors with my husband and two dogs.

I joined the Real Estate industry after spending 11 years in Hospitality Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. I love problem solving and being a resource for my clients. I remain a student to my craft and have earned my Pricing Strategy Advisor and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist certification. Because I love where I live, it a passion and a pleasure to help others create a life here as well. 

At age five my mom enrolled me into art classes, and that’s when I knew I wanted to have a career that would allow my creativity to run wild! I recently made a career change that is allowing me to do just that. I work for Selkirk Construction as a project coordinator and interior designer. I guide clients through the entire build process. My main goal is to help them convey their vision into reality. I’m a wealth of knowledge with a Bachelors of Interior Design and 10 years under my belt with Sherwin-Williams. Dave leverages 30 years’ experience in managing client expectations and spends much of his day with contracts, addendums, and other details making your project a priority. He serves as the communication hub for our various teams while setting expectations, guiding and educating our clients through the Anthem Pacific Homes process. Dave wakes up every day with the goal of expending himself for the benefit of others. His attitude of service conveys a key character trait that Anthem Pacific is known for in the marketplace.
