The NIBCA Young Professionals (YP) group is designed for emerging leaders in the construction industry who want to connect, grow, and make an impact. The group offers networking opportunities with other like-minded professionals, leadership training to strengthen skills and advance careers, and hands-on involvement in events, committees, and community initiatives.

Each month, the YP Committee hosts a casual social at a different local brewery to bring members together and highlight ways to get involved across NIBCA committees.
