With over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting and water remediation, Scott oversees well inspections and licensing for North Idaho from Grangeville to the Canadian border. He works closely with drillers and the public, advocating for the protection and proper management of our water resources.
Kathryn KolbergEnvironmental Health Program Manager, Panhandle Health District
A Registered Environmental Health Specialist, Kathryn leads efforts in septic system regulation, land development, and food safety across Bonner and Boundary counties. She is passionate about educating landowners to prevent costly mistakes and ensure safe, sustainable water and land use.
