2025 Developers Committee Meeting

The Developers Committee serves as a collaborative voice for responsible, mixed-use development across North Idaho. Made up of industry leaders, developers, and policy advocates, the committee is dedicated to promoting thoughtful growth that balances housing affordability, infrastructure needs, and community well-being. Through regular engagement with local governments, planning departments, and the public, the committee works to educate stakeholders on the economic and social value of new development. By challenging outdated zoning practices and addressing common misconceptions, the committee advocates for modern, sustainable planning that supports long-term prosperity.
